After many years of dreaming and searching I finally picked up the car that made me love mk2's. Car is originally from Zurick Switzerland and sat foot or should I say wheels last week in Canada. I am the second owner of a 20years old car.

Here are a few pics on my way back

Sick! Any reason for the obscene rake/wheel gap? Not knockin' ya or anything, but it looks excessive.

I've had something similar cross my mind lately, but with a Mk3... Golf VR6 2.9 Syncro's are reaching the 15 year milestone in the coming months. Laughing

They replaced the front shocks and coil springs somehow and they might not have use the proper ones. That is what I think.

Sick! What do they go for across the pond? I might consider it since I have a person to share a seetainer with.

Well if he plans on rallying in it then that is fine, if he plans on driving it in the streets then DROP IT! Wink

I followed your advice. And not a year later, here is what the car looks like now. Very Happy KW and BBS FTW
